Radical Forgiveness Release Ceremony

Join us to release the grievance, hurt, resentment or anger you have around someone.

We will gather in sacred ceremony to forgive and reclaim our power back in our present moment. In forgiving them you will also forgive yourself.

You will be guided through a forgiveness release meditation, and we will be using breath work, music and drumming to facilitate healing.

Afterwards we will debrief and then close our sacred circle. (Sharing is optional)

Bring:

Yoga mat and water

Eye cover, blanket and journal/pen are optional

Location: 401/Meadowvale (Ellesmere Rd./Morrish Rd. area in Scarborough)
